Shipping Information.

The large majority of our items are shipped directly from our warehouses in Vero Beach, Florida.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically by our online order system: you will see the cost before placing the order.

Domestic shipping (USA):

Most items are shipped DHL express. This takes approximately one to four days depending on you location. In most cases, order placed before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped that same day. You will receive an email from us confirming your payment, and then a second email from DHL which wil include a tracking number.

Shipping outside of the US:

Except for Canada, we will ship anywhere in the world through a freight forwarder.
The procedure is simple:
In your country, find a freight forwarder that ships to and from the US (see a list here or check your phone book). They will give you an approximate quote and open an account.
The freight forwarder will have one or several warehouses in the US and we will ship to one of those addresses. Your freight company will consolidate your goods, usually in a container and deliver, either to your door or to their warehouse in your country. You will pay your freight forwarder for the shipping.
We will provide to your freight forwarder all the necessary documents for customs and insurance.

This is a safe and well proven method.
In some rare cases like a sailboat mast, we will have to charge a small fee for special packaging.

Once you have chosen a freight forwarder, place your order online and use the US warehouse address of the freight company as your shipping address.

For Canada, we ship UPS or USPS Priority. Please process a pro-forma online order without credit card information and ask for a quote by email.
